This session was awesome. They didn’t want to just simply do the normal, so I gave them some ideas. One of them was to bring a picnic basket and their dog (Honey) and have a good time. Amber was in Gainsville doing some training so it was up to Kyle to get everything they needed. So, Kyle, being the sweet guy he is went out in search for a picnic basket. With none to be found, he decided to make his own! He even sewed! Now that’s a great guy for you! Amber, you hit the jackpot. What cool people, we really had a great time. I can’t wait till their wedding.

Laura and Aaron tied the knot at the lovely Lake Buena Vista Watersports’ Paradise Cove. It’s like you’re on the beach, without actually being on the beach! It’s a beautiful venue with a lot of nice areas for photos. So we had quite a fun time. They were a fun bunch with a lot of energy; dancing all through the night. At the end of the night Laura and Aaron even rode away on a boat! Cool! Thanks for having us Laura and Aaron.

We’ve been doing a lot more engagement sessions in different/unexpected places and I love it! I always get excited when I have the opportunity to shoot in a new place.  Our latest session we’ve planned a couple times and it’s been rained out. So this time, I said, let’s just go and if it rains it rains. So we all get downtown and I probably take 10 shots and the sky opens up. So Brad says he enjoyed this little bar called “Crooked Bayu” across the street. It’s the only place open at that hour in the afternoon (bar wise) and he asked if they minded if we shot inside. They didn’t mind and we sure appreciated being out of the rain.  Brad and Amy said that’s what they like doing best anyway, sitting in a bar, having a beer and just talking all night long. It must have been meant to be on all accounts.
