Laura and Aaron tied the knot at the lovely Lake Buena Vista Watersports’ Paradise Cove. It’s like you’re on the beach, without actually being on the beach! It’s a beautiful venue with a lot of nice areas for photos. So we had quite a fun time. They were a fun bunch with a lot of energy; dancing all through the night. At the end of the night Laura and Aaron even rode away on a boat! Cool! Thanks for having us Laura and Aaron.

Sekeyta and Darryl got married at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in downtown Orlando. This was my first time shooting at the hotel (besides Sekeyta/Darryl’s engagement session a few posts down) but it was beautiful. The hotel is very modern. Brilliant reds, purples and golds are everywhere. This is also the wonderful couple who just couldn’t wait to send me a thank you note a few days after the wedding! They were so wonderful and gracious. Sekeyta has such a beautiful smile – it’s contagious! Everywhere she went there were smiles all around. Thanks for letting me be part of your celebration.

Jen and Steve are just perfect for each other. The emotion of the day was excited all around. Jenn was so excited; she was all dressed and looks in the mirror, starts to squint and realizes she can’t see (she wears glasses too but had decided to wear contacts for the day). I know the feeling… but my eyes are far worse then hers I’m sure – if I didn’t have my glasses on I wouldn’t even be able see the mirror let alone see myself in it! Their wedding was full of originality and personality. The food was chinese (yum!) and they even rated their guests speeches with rate cards! They also did something I’ve never heard of before, but it’s very special. They have a last dance, alone, by themselves in the empty reception hall while everyone prepared for their exit outside. It was special, it even made my eyes leak a little. It was just one more moment to take it all in… enjoy!
