"Weddings are like cross country races... but with cake!"
I have always been an artist; I think I was born with a pencil in my hand ready to work. As an artist, you usually gravitate towards one medium or another. Not me, I wanted to try them all. And I did. I didn't get my first camera until I was a freshman in high school but it stuck. It was permanently stuck in my hand at every moment. I was a cross country runner and I loved to capture the moments of excitement during a race. Everyone had so much emotion and love for the sport. Everyone lived and died by the seconds on the clock and I documented it all.
Weddings were a natural extension of this. Weddings are like cross country races... but with cake! It's an elegant party and I'm invited to document the entire event. I'm only about 5 feet tall so you won't even notice me at your wedding. Plus, you only need to save me a small slice of cake... because I'm little. Being little also let me get all the best angles!
I've been shooting for over 8 years now, with most of my work being in the entertainment industry and special events and weddings. I have photographed everything from the wildest rock stars to the most elegant of brides. My diverse experiences in photography gives me a creative edge that I hope you will enjoy. I graduated with a BA from the University of Central Florida after studying art and design in December of 2003.
